Prabhmeet Kohli founded Novamorph with the mission to empower organizations to launch AI initiatives grounded in the knowledge of ROI, safeguards, and controls needed for compliance. She is known for aligning business and technology priorities, strengthening risk posture, and launching data and analytics solutions that embed governance and resilience into core operations.
She has over two decades of leadership and advisory experience driving data privacy, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management at top-tier financial institutions, including Capital One, Northern Trust, and Alliant Credit Union.
Prabhmeet completed her executive business analytics program at Harvard Business School and holds an MBA in marketing. She is a member of the HBR Advisory Council, a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
